You are invited to present at the AERO spring conference this year! The conference on “Working Together – Collaborating in Educational Research” will address the big ideas of collaboration, networking, sharing, and research to practice. It will take place from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm on Friday, June 1, 2012 at Chateau Le Jardin in Woodbridge, Ontario.
The conference will target three main topics that are of current interest to Ontario educational researchers and incorporate a collaboration approach, including:
Student Success – Achievement (e.g., EQAO) and stakeholder engagement (e.g., students, parents, teachers, community)
Early Years – Early Development Instrument (EDI) and Full-Day Kindergarten
Bridging Gaps – Using research within "gap closing‟ projects: 1) KNAER (EREP) project on evaluating research on education programs for students with special needs (Be the first to see and help develop an innovative tool to promote research literacy through a systematic evaluation of research literature and resources.); 2) Other topics that are suitable for this focus area.
