In collaboration with the Early Years Education Ontario Network (EYEON), the Association of Educational Researchers of Ontario (AERO) is pleased to announce an exciting professional learning opportunity. We invite you to join us this spring for a thought-provoking day, as we hear about and discuss new early years research taking place in Ontario. Our two keynote speakers are Jim Grieve, Assistant Deputy Minister for the Early Learning Division at the Ontario Ministry of Education, and Dr. John Cairney, McMaster Family Medicine Professor of Child Health Research at McMaster University. At the conference, you’ll have the chance to learn more about the impact of Full Day Kindergarten on students’ academic achievement, and about a different approach to screening to support young children and families. We look forward to seeing you there! Click here to view the "Save the Date" flyer. Additional details and registration information coming soon!
