The Association of Educational Researchers of Ontario (AERO), was formed in 1972. AERO's objectives are the promotion and improvement of research, evaluation, planning and development in Ontario school systems. As part of its mandate, AERO highlights the contribution and value of research in boards of education. To this end, it is prepared to assist any school board in Ontario explore the benefits and process for establishing a research unit.

Request for Proposal
The KGO Literacy Improvement Collective (KLIC) is pleased to release our Request for Proposal for the Disrupting Illiteracy in Kingston Galloway- Orton Park (KGO)project.
The purpose of the Disrupting Illiteracy in KGO RFP is to identify and retain a consultant who can lead the overall research project including the planning, implementation, data analysis and reporting.
The deadline for submission is September 29, 2016.

International Congress for School Effectiveness and Improvement (ICSEI) comes to Ottawa, Ontario, January 7-10 2017
Ottawa will host the International Congress for School Effectiveness and Improvement (ICSEI) that will take place from 7-10 January 2017. The conference will be co-chaired by the University of Ottawa and the Ontario Ministry of Education.
